Curry Fried Rice
Ingredients:
1/3 cup olive oil
4 cups cooked rice (what ever type you like the best)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 1/2 tablespoons(or to taste) Kaiulani's Exotic Curry powder
Mushrooms (chopped)
Red bell peppers (chopped)
Onions (chopped)
Soppressata (chopped)
Cranberries or raisins
1. Put olive oil in a pan.
2. When oil is heated toss in the garlic, curry powder, cranberries/raisins, veggies, and meat. Cook until garlic is done.
3. Add rice and mix well.
4. Taste rice and adjust seasonings to your taste.
5. Enjoy!
